These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of webinar registration and related services provided by Move with the Martinis ("we", "us", "our").

1. SMS Use Cases

We use SMS for transactional messages including webinar confirmations, reminders, access links, schedule updates, and limited follow-up. Marketing SMS (promotions for future webinars/services) requires separate opt-in consent.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. We will stop sending messages and confirm via reply. Reply START to opt back in. Opt-out does not affect other communications.

4. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (up to 1/day before events, 3 on event day for transactional; marketing as opted-in).

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for carrier issues.

6. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to use our services and provide consent for SMS.
